How are you doing?
I’ve been lucky enough to secure a click and collect for today. While we have managed to get meat and fruit and vegetables from local shops, we are now running very low on basics. Thankfully, I managed to find a collection spot so once we have picked it up, we should be ok for another few weeks if we are sensible and continue with our meal planning. I am doing more baking – it’s a fun activity for the kids to do and gives us some snacks for the week ahead. Last week we made blueberry muffins with some blueberries that were going a bit squishy, and this week, we are attempting shortbread biscuits and soda bread!
