Meal Plan 2/52

Look at me – three blog posts in the space of a week! I’m clearly on a roll.

So, with all the clubs back in action after Christmas and the Spring term well underway, it’s back to busy! Alex now goes to football training once a week, Harrison and Alex both go to a youth club one night a week, and then Harrison has his St John’s Ambulance club and goes to the gym. Add in three school runs a day and I feel like a taxi to these kids!

This means that the slow cooker and air fryer get used a lot, to make things as easy as possible, and we try to make things on days when we don’t have as much going on so that we can just reheat them on the busier days.
