If you have a child under the age of ten, then you will almost certainly have heard about PJ Masks. Harrison, Alex, and Benjamin are obsessed, and if I’m being honest, it’s definitely one of the more watchable kid’s cartoons about. Over the past couple of year’s, we’ve built up quite the collection of toys based on the show, the latest ones being the PJ Masks Lights and Sounds Robot.
The PJ Masks Lights and Sounds Robot works by pressing down on his head which activates lights, sounds and motion. He whizzes about the floor and spins around, making beeping noises. The children loved chasing it around – as did the cats! He’s got an adorable little face, full of expression, which changes, and bendable arms.
It’s noisy and I’ve nearly tripped over him several times, but even with that, he’s still fun and quite cute. If you do want to keep him one place, there is a switch at the bottom which allows him to make the noises but stops it from moving about.
He does need 4 x AA batteries, which are included and when you do need to replace them, they’re easy to get to. We’ve been playing with him on our laminate floor, and he glides about easily on that, but not so well on our (admittedly shaggy!) rug.
The PJ Masks Lights and Sounds toy is available from The Entertainer for £29.99.
