Hello! It’s been a while since I’ve done any meal planning, or even any blogging, really.
To be honest I have struggled to get any blog work done at the moment. By the time I’ve finished homeschooling the kids, got them to bed, done my freelance work, it’s sometimes 1 am and I’m too knackered. I miss it though; I love blogging and I have so many posts in my head. I can’t wait to get them down at some point!
This week is, well, like the last eight weeks. Is it eight weeks now since we have been in lockdown? I’m losing track! Here in Wales, the restrictions haven’t been lifted, so we are as isolated as ever. I’m glad about that – they aren’t sure if we have hit our peak yet, but at the same time, I bloody miss my family.
