Festival season is almost upon us! We may be going to the Llangollen International Music Eisteddfod next month, but I really want to got a proper pop or rock one before I’m too old – something like Glasonbury or V Festival, where I have to camp in a tent, use baby wipes instead of having a shower and get covered in mud whilst drinking cheap beer. I’ll probably never do it now – but I can dream!

I went to V festival last year with my sister – my kids were horrified (we are in our 50’s )but we camped as far away from everyone as possible and had an amazing time. A bit of rain but lots of sun too and I’d love to go this year too 🙂
