And Tuesday. And Wednesday. And Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Christmas mania has well and truly hit!
The problem with having three primary age children in two different schools is that you have absolutely no idea which child is supposed to be where at what time and taking what into school. I suppose as long as I have three boy-children and a girl child by 3.15pm, I’m on the right track! This week I have three Christmas performances in three different locations at three different times. Two of the children are having Christmas dinner, but one needs a packed lunch. Two are wearing Christmas jumpers on one day, the other on another day. I swear I need a PA just to keep on top of school life! On Sunday, we have a very exciting day planned – we are going on a North Pole adventure after lunch.
We are on operation ‘run down the freezer for Christmas’ (I have officially turned into my mother!), so all of the main elements of the meals this week have been pre-cooked and frozen – all we have do is cook the veg and pasta/rice/potatoes etc.
