Another week, another meal planning post. It’s really weird – almost in May yet it doesn’t quite feel like this year has begun yet, has it? The beginning of the year was taken over by storm after storm and now this big ol’ virus is taking over. Maybe we need to kind of write this year off a bit?
Graham is back at work today after a few days off last week which is going to be weird – it is amazing how quickly you get used to someone being around in the daytime. However, he did throw our routine out a little bit so it will be nice to get back into it.
