It should be a quiet week for us this week (should – I always expect the unexpected these days!), with not a lot going on. Graham is on his worst shift this week, which makes meal times a little trickier. He doesn’t finish until 6.30 and by the time we get back from picking him up, it’s getting on for 7pm. When he does this shift, I generally start the dinner by lobbing stuff in the slow cooker, and then when we get in, he fininshes it off with rice, pasta or whatever, so you will see slow cooker meals or super fast meals featuring heavily on this week’s plan.
