This may well be my last meal planning post for a week or two, depending on the situation with this bloody virus. Thankfully, we did a big shop last week and have enough in for now, but I can see us having to get creative at some point if the ridiculous panic buying and food shortages continue.
However, as far as it stands as I write this, it’s fairly ‘business as usual’ here – let’s hope that continues as long as possible. If at any point you are struggling with anything, whether it’s food, activities for children or mental health support, please don’t be afraid to send me an email (coffeecakekids@gmail.com) or send me a private message on any of my social media networks and I will do my best to help you or point you in the right direction for whatever you need, or just listen to any worries.
