The end of May already!! It’s half term this week, so no doubt the kids will be eating us out of house and home. I always feel like I struggle with lunchtimes when they’re at home – when they’re at school they take a packed lunch but when they’re at home, it seems much harder to give them a lunch to fill them up. I think it’s because I feel more ‘on the spot’ with lunches as I don’t plan them – so this week’s plan includes lunches for five days as well!
