Another week, another meal planning Monday post!
So – I didn’t do too well with my meal replacement plan that I talked about in last week’s post. In fact, I got to lunchtime on the first day before realising that starting a relatively extreme diet on a Tuesday, in the Easter holidays where we had days out planned and the kids are all driving me insane, the week my period was due and whilst we still had mounds of chocolate and hot cross buns lying around probably wasn’t going to work. I sacked it off and am starting it today when we get back to a relatively normal routine. If the two things I’ve had so far from the selection I chose are anything to go by, it’s actually quite nice!

Meatballs in tomato sauce with spaghetti
Fish pie and mixed veg
Slow cooker donner kebabs with salad and sweet potato fries
