Oh hello!
It’s been a while, hasn’t it? Lockdown and homeschooling and work and life in general got in the way a little bit, but I am making a big effort to organize my time better because I miss blogging for me! I spend my days writing for other people, while this little space I have spent almost seven years building up goes neglected.
So, this week. Our plans are – well, the same they have been for the past thirteen (is that how many weeks it has been?) weeks. Homeschooling, walks, work, repeat.

Meal Plan
Thai chicken with egg noodles
Salmon and broccoli potato bake
Sticky baked sausages with mashed potato and roasted veg
Tikka turkey burgers with sweet potato fries
Cottage pie with green beans
Chicken nuggets, chips and beans
Roast dinner
It has all got a bit samey. All we seem to do is home schooling, bike rides and housework. I’m not complaining, at least we’re at home staying safe.
