It’s been a crazy couple of weeks since I last posted a meal planning post with the arrival of little miss! This week is going to be a very odd one – Graham is back at work today, I am restarting my freelance work (only 2000 words a day so nothing too strenuous) and the kids are back at school tomorrow. It’s a whole new routine to get used to, and I’m not sure how it’s going to work yet, but we will find our feet eventually!
Because of being thrown into this routine this week, and Graham being on the later shift which means I need to sort the kids’ dinners out while dealing with the inevitable witching hour, meals are super quick and easy – I think! It’s nice to not have to worry about catering for gestational diabetes, although I am going to be making a big effort to lose some weight and keep to the healthy eating plan.

Meal Plan
Spaghetti bolognese with salad
Chicken wraps with sweet potato fries
Slow cooker beef and ale stew with mashed potato and green veg
Chicken and bacon pasta
Sausage casserole with mashed potato and veg
Salmon fishcakes, potato wedges and peas
Roast dinner

OOoh the slow cooker beef and ale stew sounds amazing and great for this time of year. You seem to have a nice wide range of meals which you will be having this week. Thanks for sharing.
