Oh hello!
It’s been a while, hasn’t it?
A lot has happened since I last blogged properly! Coronavirus restrictions have slowly began to lift, giving us a taste of normal life once again, it was the Easter holidays (which were great!), I started a new job and oh, we got married!
I’ll talk more about some of each of those things in other posts. I’ve upped my work, but with that has hopefully come a new level of organisation, so I will be blogging a little more regularly again. That’s the plan, anyway!
So, meal planning! The kids have school dinners now, so there is slightly less pressure to have a full ‘cooked’ meal in the evenings. We do most nights, but I feel mildly less guilty about the odd beans on toast kinda meal now!
Meal Plan
Omlette, chips and salad
Sweet chilli salmon and egg noodles
Sausage casserole, mashed potato and veg
Fajitas
Pasta and pesto
Sticky chicken, chilli roast potatoes and corn on the cob
Roast dinner
