I’ve been saying for ages about how October is our manic month, and this week is where it starts to go all sorts of crazy! My parents are coming up on the weekend and staying for two nights, so there are two extra adults to factor into the meal planning. Nobody wants to be standing around cooking for hours, so I’ve gone for some slow cooker favourites – perfect for tucking into after a walk on the beach with the dogs!
