What a week!! We had a bit of a stressful week last week with illness and some other bits and pieces going on (I’ll be filling you in very soon!). This week’s meal plan is a bit shorter because we are away in Birmingham on the weekend. I really struggled to put it together this week – my appetite still isn’t back from being poorly and it’s SO hard to think about food when you have no appetite! Here goes, anyway!
