Well, it hs been a while, hasn’t it?
With Christmas, lockdowns, school closures, homeschooling, work, making prints for my new Etsy business (Prints & Stuff) and occasionally sleeping in between, things have been a little on the chaotic side. Would I have it any other way? Yes. I probably would. I would quite like to see my little horrors back at school sometime this year, and see the rest of my family before I forget what they look like.
Anyway. 2021. I didn’t think to was possible to say a year has been a shit show just 11 days in, but here we are. Kinda getting serious deja vu vibes, to be fair.
Anyway, meal planning. That’s what you’re here for, right? We have finally de-Christmassed the fridge (i.e Rachel has eaten her body weight in cheese) and pigs-in-blankets are little more than a delicious memory, so it is time to start getting back on it. The ‘good’ thing about lockdown is that we can’t go anywhere, so that’s more time and more flexibility for cooking and meals.
