After a couple of weeks break due to moving house, meal planning Monday is back! We’ve pretty much settled into our new home now and I’ve really been enjoying cooking in our kitchen – the cooker is great! We’ve had a few more takeaways and ready meals than I would have liked over the past fortnight, but it’s time to get back on it and back to normality Saying that, this week is again going to be far from normal. On Friday morning I’m off on a hen weekend at a Center Parks near Suffolk. I’m driving to Birmingham (first time on my own!) and then my mum is driving the rest of the way. Mum and I are travelling back to Birmingham Sunday afternoon and then I’ll be back in Wales on Monday. It’s the first time I’ve been away from Graham and the boys other than when I’ve been in hospital – I’m not going to lie, I’m looking forward to the break!
