A Family Of Villans | My Sunday Snapshot

We are huge football fans in our family – all of us are die-hard Villa supporters. Aston Villa played Manchester City (they lost!) when we went back to Birmingham for my birthday a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn’t resist getting a photo of all the males in their Villa shirts together. I just wish I had thought ahead and packed Elizabeth’s little Villa shirt – she would have looked so cute!

I only really got into football about nine or ten years ago. Before that, I would watch international tournaments and always enjoyed them, but club football never really interested me. I’m not sure what made me get into it, but now, I’d say I’m pretty passionate about it. I’m still learning lots about it and I’ve never had the chance to go to a Villa match (yet!) but one day I will!

  1. Great photo. We have the Villa on at the moment, playing Wolves, not sure how it’s going to end up 0-0 at the moment. I guess if Villa wins I’ll have a happy husband 🙂

  2. What a fabulous multi-generation family photo. Look forward to seeing Elizabeth in her shirt soon.

  3. What a great photo! I live in a house full of Man Utd fans, but I am a Leicester City fan. I used to go to games back in the 90s, but haven’t been to one since Man Utd played Leicester in the Community Shield in 2016.
