Like most women, I love jewellery. I don’t wear much – just my rings and a bracelet. I was on the lookout for a necklace that was pretty, but something I could wear every day. That’s when Jana Reinhardt came along and asked me if I wanted to review one of their beautiful wing pendant necklaces.
Priced at £89, this gorgeous necklace is available in sterling silver, 24ct vermeil gold or 18ct rose/pink. I was really torn between the rose gold one and the silver one – rose gold is so on trend at the moment and so pretty, but I settled for the classic silver one in the end.
It’s delicate, but the chain is thick enough that I don’t worry about wearing it as an everyday necklace. It can be worn at two lengths – 16 or 18 inches. I really loved that it had a bit of glitz to it as well, rather than being just a solid silver – it’s subtle enough but so pretty!
I’d not heard of Jana Reinhardt before they got in touch, but they have a huge range of jewellery, including the option to create your own bespoke piece. What I really love is that each piece is micro-manufactured by Jana and her husband Ross in their seaside workshop. Just like us, they followed their dreams of living and working by the sea. Knowing there is a lovely and personal story behind the jewellery makes it even more unique. I’m dropping some huge hints to Graham about the matching ring and earrings to my necklace for Christmas!
