Brrrr! The weather has suddenly become less Autumnal, and more Wintery – it’s so cold! I’m normally someone who lives in just a cardi or hoodie even when it’s below freezing but this year even I’m feeling it. Weirdly enough, it’s since I’ve begun to lose weight. I wonder if I’ve lost the layer of fat that kept me warm before? This week’s meal plan is full of real cold weather comfort foods – my favourite sort of food. We’re trying haggis this week for the first time as well – Graham picked one up in the reduced section last week and we whacked it in the freezer. I have no idea what to expect, but I’m looking forward to it!
