Happy New Year!! I’m quite glad the new year starts on a Monday this year. It feels like a good, organised start to the year. I was umming and ahhing whether I wanted a relatively mundane Meal Planning Monday post to be my very first post of 2018, but actually, it’s a great way to start it. I want to be more organised in 2018, and meal planning is one way of doing that. It saves us money, and it stops me opening the fridge and freezer at 5 pm and trying to decide what to feed five people who each want something different.
