I’ve been missing in action since…well, I can’t even remember the last time I wrote on here. Middle of August, maybe?
I have a post going live later this week about why my blog has been so quiet recently but I promise I will TRY to be so much better going forward. I say try because I always have all the best intentions but life always seems to get in the way at the moment.
However, I have a couple of hours of free writing time so I am making the most of it, so here’s our meal plan for what will hopefully be a nice, calm week.
Meatballs, pasta, and garlic bread
Lemon and yoghurt chicken flatbreads with sweet potato fries
Mediterranean chicken tray bake
Sausage casserole, mash, and green veg
Fish, chips, and mushy peas
