Well, it’s been a bit of a while since I’ve done one of these posts! I have had a few messages asking me why I had stopped – it seems like you all love my meal planning Monday posts!
We have sort of gone off track with it a bit lately – I mean, most days at the moment I don’t even know what day it is let alone what we are having for dinner! We have also had a visit from my parents which was lovely, and so much going on it’s been a little crazy.
I took most of last week off my paid job, and it was really nice. Graham was off as well, so we went out a few times, and when we’re home I could spend some time doing some professional development and doing the stuff I want to and need to do to my blog that I don’t have the time for these days.
Anyway, the good thing is that this has given me a renewed sense of enthuisasm and passion about my blog, and broken the writers block that I had been struggling with. I have a few posts in mind, and am working on ways of being much more better with my time so that I can actually write them all down before they disappear out of my brain.
Elizabeth (who is almost one!) is doing so well with her eating. She really does eat everything put in front of her, with the exception of bread which she doesn’t seem too fussed about. It makes meal planning so much easier because we all pretty much eat the same thing.
