How the fluffin’ hell are we in June already? I can’t quite get my head around that! The next couple of weeks are manic for us. Our car is having some work done so I’m doing the school run on bus and foot this week, which takes a huge chunk out of the day. Add to that a rearranged letting agency inspection and Ben’s sports day, and well, this week is going to be pretty challenging! Sometimes, on weeks like this, it is too tempting to throw pizza and chips in the oven for tea, but I have noticed that when we eat crap like that too often, we all feel a bit crap, so trying to stick to decent but easy meals. Some of these recipes are from the latest Asda Good Living magazine, and are apparently easy and quick – we shall see!
