And, just like that, it’s the end of November!! Such a cliche, but this year has absolutely flown past!
This weekend we were in Birmingham for the penultimate time this year. It’s Ben’s birthday tomorrow so we had a little get together at my nan’s house yesterday, and what was lovely was that we were all there – with us living in Wales and my other brother and sister-in-law living in Suffolk, it’s very rare that we are able to coordinate visits, but we managed! We celebrated Ben’s birthday yesterday and he had all his gifts so tomorrow will be a relatively normal day.
This week’s meal plan
Freezer surprise (there’s a lot of meals in there that I’ve previously cooked and frozen!)
Pizza, chips and garlic bread
Pulled pork with crusty rolls, wedges and coleslaw
Chicken in creamy mushroom sauce with mash and veg
Frittata
Beef and mushroom stroganoff
Pork roast dinner
