I really hope this week is a little easier than last week. We spent Tuesday in the hospital having a check on Elizabeth’s jaundice (she’s fine!), and then Wednesday saw her wake up with a cold, which made her a little bit grumpy. She did not want to be put down at all! I will drop anything to hold the children, especially when they are under the weather, but it can be difficult when you are also trying to balance work and cooking and everything else. I managed to sort dinner in the few minutes I could put her down or that she was being entertained by the boys, but it was pretty tricky. She seems to be better now, thankfully!

Those lamb chops sound amazing!
I’m glad Elizabeth is on the mend – it’s hard juggling everything isn’t it.
Sounds like you’ve got a delicious week of meals planned and maybe start popping an emergency freezer meal in your shopping basket just in case you have another busy week! x
Sorry your little girl has been poorly, I hope she’s well again now. Your meal plan sounds amazing, very tasty indeed.
Sounds like a hard time but glad little one is on the mend. You weeks plan sounds lovely though. Lots of great and comforting meals
I hope Elizabeth is back to full health and strength now. It can be so hard when the little ones are poorly. I’ve been a bit under the weather this week too, but life goes on.
Great sounding meals again. I am particularly liking the sound of the Spanish Omelette, which I haven’t had in a long time.
Do have a great week ahead.
