Today is the day of the dreaded 8-week vaccinations – don’t come at me if you’re one of those weird anti-vaxxer types because I am SO not interested! I’m pretty sure that the boys were all absolutely fine after theirs, but I don’t know if they are the same jabs or how Elizabeth will react, so I’ve already planned for today to be a bit of a write-off.
We’ve been trying to do some batch cooking over the weekend and in the few minutes where I’m not holding Elizabeth to try and make things a bit easier. It’s a team effort, and so far we’ve got a few meals in the freezer that just need things like rice or pasta and some veg cooking to go with them.
